Governing Law. This agreement will be construed, enforced and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be unenforceable or invalid by any court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement as a whole shall not be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, but only that particular provision(s) of this Agreement that is unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be limited or rejected from this Agreement. The remaining provisions of this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Modifications. This Terms is subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion to accommodate to new technologies, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, or for other purposes.
